Eligible for refund
- • Barcodes never assigned to a product listing
- • Requested within 30 days of purchase
- • Original order email matches your account
- • Duplicate or accidental purchase
Not eligible
- • Barcodes already used on Amazon, eBay, etc.
- • Requests beyond 30 days from purchase
- • Codes downloaded and shared externally
1. How to request a refund
Email hello@upcbuy.com with your order number (visible in your account) and a brief reason. No forms, no hoops.
2. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days. Stripe typically returns funds to your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Replacement guarantee
If a barcode you've purchased is rejected by a marketplace, contact us. We'll investigate and replace it free of charge — for the lifetime of your ownership.
4. Partial refunds
For bulk packs, we can refund any unused portion pro-rata. Used codes are excluded.
